Four Cloud Model

Negative thinking is a common challenge we face in life, stemming from our natural tendency to focus on potential problems. On average, humans experience around 60,000 thoughts daily. When negative thoughts outweigh positive ones, they can form a chain reaction, trapping us in a cycle of self-doubt and despair.

Negative Emotion

The second obstacle we face is what we commonly term as Negative Emotions. Emotions, in their essence, are neither inherently good nor bad; they are intrinsic to our human experience. Without them, we would lack the depth of our humanity. However, when negative emotions become overwhelming and begin to control us rather than us managing them, that's where the true difficulty arises. These negative emotions have the potential to cause harm and weaken our resolve significantly.

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are narratives or assertions we internalize about ourselves, often hindering us from realizing our true potential. These beliefs operate on a subconscious level, frequently without our awareness until they are brought to our attention by others.

Examples of limiting beliefs include thoughts such as "I am not good enough," "I lack the necessary skills," "Life is too challenging," "I am too young/old to pursue my dreams," or "I am undeserving of love." These statements reflect deeply ingrained belief systems that foster self-doubt and inhibit personal growth.

Inner Conflict

Have you ever felt that there’s an inner war going on inside you that a part of your being wants to do one thing or wants to go for one option and other part of your being wants to do something else. In this state of mind, a person can not decide between the two options are remains stuck, as if this war between two parts of his/her being is tearing the person apart. For Example: I want to go for a world tour and travelling is my passion but I also have to earn money and I can’t afford a world tour. Should I remain working as an employee for this company because job is stable but I also want to be my own boss and wants to build my own business? Inner Conflicts are actually considered the mother of all other clouds. Through inner conflicts negative emotions, limiting beliefs and negative thinking arises. These inner conflicts are usually a resultant of unaligned values of a person.
